I'm Meredith and I teach yoga, mindfulness and meditation and I am based in Dulwich, London.
My students are busy people living in an extraordinary, yet demanding world. The yoga I teach empowers students to develop skills that bring poise, clarity, resilience and joy to body and mind, on and off the yoga mat.
