I teach a range of workshops and retreats. There is something for everyone, from a workshop of a few hours to create a sustainable home practice, to a week long luxury escape with twice daily yoga and specialist personalised nutrition and stress management in a beautiful location. My workshops and retreats are designed to benefit you holistically. Deep relaxation is always part of the agenda.
